This charming stone house was built by the Miller family in 1822 as private residence and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Known as the Miller Homestead,
it is presently used as an Adirondack vacation rental and has an excellent rental history. The home was restored between 1996 and 1999 using historic tools and methods

The Miller Homestead, located between Peru and Keeseville, New York in the Hamlet of Harkness, is just 15 minutes from the Ausable Chasm, Lake Champlain and the Port Kent ferry to Vermont.
